Community Connections is working to positively impact the lives and needs of children and adolescents with special needs. Our organizational structure ensures that 100% of your donation will directly support our unique programs and services.

Simply $1 a day allows an individual with special needs to attend 16 weeks of programs! Become a “Friend of Community Connections” by sponsoring an individual with special needs through a monthly donation.

Community Connections is a 501(C)3, tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
